This is an application only. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon the Community Arenas Department’s receipt of your signed contract agreement, proof of applicable insurance, payment and any other requirements deemed necessary.
Each tournament and special event requires a separate application.
***Regional events, and higher must be applied one year in advance.
Depending on the nature of the requested activities, the Community Arenas Department may require the following: Food Safe and Health permit; Licensed Security; First Aid attendants; Noise permit; Liquor license.
All Prince George Cougars games and special events in the CN Centre and Spruce Kings games in the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena will pre-empt regularly scheduled activities.
Regular ice times will not be scheduled on statutory holidays, or during SD#57 Winter Break, or SD#57 Spring Break.
All applications received after the deadline will be reviewed and processed based on availability and scheduling.
